Accomplishment of the Contract/Date
a. You may, of course, make use of the escort service under a pseudonym or anonymously. The sending of your enquiry via Internet is only for a first contact and not to place an order. You will receive shortly a notice of arrival via email or a phone call to the phone number stated on the enquiry form.b. Details about the way of the proceeding of our service are agreed on individually and on the basis of these terms and conditions in form of a contract. The contact is accomplished when we have agreed on the main terms of the contract. This can be done by email, phone or at the beginning of the date.
c. Wishes for a date or visit are also accepted at short notice. However, we recommend that you contact us 2-3 days in advance (in case of journeys 2-3 weeks in advance) in order to guarantee that your escort models is available.
Payment/Travel Expenses/Cancellation
a. Payment is done cash with an open envelop at the beginning of the date. 500 EUR notes and cheques are not accepted.b. We take a down-payment of 40% of the agreed fee in case of an arrangement over several days or when the model has to travel further distances.
c. If the escort model needs to travel further distances to the meeting you will have to pay for all travel expenses. They include flight or train costs as well as expenses up to 150 EUR. The lump sum for expenses covers all additional costs like taxi, food and time needed.
d. If you cancel your rendezvous more than 24 hours in advance, you will get back your down-payment. In case of the cancellation less than 24 hours in advance we will keep 50% of the down-payment. We cannot reimburse costs for flight and train tickets.
Right of Withdrawal
a. If you conclude the contract as consumer (§ 13 BGB), the following applies: You may withdraw your agreement of the contract within two weeks without mentioning the reasons in form of a letter, fax or email. The time limit starts at the time of the agreement with involvement of these terms and conditions and the herein included notice of your right of withdrawal. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal within the time limit in order to ensure the right of withdrawal. (*)b. A possible withdrawal has to be dedicated to: In case of an effective withdrawal, all services from both sides have to be granted back and possible usage (i.e. interests) given back
c. The right of withdrawal expires in advance as soon as the proceeding of the service takes place earlier and with your explicit agreement before the end of the time limit of the withdrawal or if you have started the service yourself.
Obligation of secrecy
a. Skyline-Escort guarantees you a 100%-discretion. You may use, of course, the escort service using a pseudonym or anonymously.b. Personal data will be handled confidentially and will only be asked for, worked with and used for the contract and in the framework of the data protection law. After supply of both obligations, your data will be kept only due to reasons of legal certainty and for the period of the statutory periods of limitation and will be deleted afterwards.
c. Your data will not be given to third parties. They will not be used for advertising or marketing purposes. You agree on the imposition, proceeding and usage of your data in the above mentioned framework and extent by sending the enquiry form.
